These bbq chicken wings are the ultimate party snack – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a finger-licking honey bbq sauce. Perfect for game nights, family gatherings, or weekend cravings, this easy recipe combines the smokiness of bbq sauce with a touch of sweetness from honey and a hint of spice from chili. Whether you fry or bake them, these wings will be the star of your appetizer spread. Serve with ranch or garlic dip for the perfect finishing touch!
Marinate the Wings: Mix chicken wings with salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, and garlic powder. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2Prepare Coating: In a bowl, mix flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, red chilli powder, and herbs.
Step 3Coat the Wings: Dredge marinated wings in the dry mixture. Shake off excess flour.
Step 4Frying: Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry wings on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Place on tissue paper.
Step 5Prepare Sauce: Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add BBQ sauce, honey, and chilli sauce. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Step 6Coat the Wings: Toss fried wings in the sauce until fully coated.
Step 7Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds or fresh herbs and serve hot with ranch or garlic dip.
