Step by step method
Step 1

Marinate the Wings: Mix chicken wings with salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, and garlic powder. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare Coating: In a bowl, mix flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, red chilli powder, and herbs.

Step 3

Coat the Wings: Dredge marinated wings in the dry mixture. Shake off excess flour.

Step 4

Frying: Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry wings on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Place on tissue paper.

Step 5

Prepare Sauce: Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add BBQ sauce, honey, and chilli sauce. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes.

Step 6

Coat the Wings: Toss fried wings in the sauce until fully coated.

Step 7

Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds or fresh herbs and serve hot with ranch or garlic dip.
