This single-serve mug cake is moist, fudgy, and deeply chocolatey with a molten peanut butter center. It’s the ultimate quick-fix dessert for late-night cravings — no oven, no mess, just pure indulgence in a cup.
Base Batter In a microwave-safe mug, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Add oil, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth (avoid overmixing).
Step 2Layer & Enrich Fold in dark chocolate chunks for a molten effect. Drop 1 tsp peanut butter into the center (it will create a gooey core).
Step 3Microwave Baking Microwave on high power (800–1000W) for 1½ to 2 minutes. The cake should rise, set on the surface, but remain slightly moist inside.
Step 4Garnish & Serve Drizzle with chocolate topping. Lightly dust with cocoa powder & powdered sugar. Enjoy straight from the mug while warm!
