These creamy chicken croquettes are crispy golden bites packed with juicy chicken, veggies, and a rich creamy filling. Perfect as a snack, appetizer, or party starter, they’re crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Serve them with ketchup, garlic mayo, or any dip of your choice!
Prepare Creamy Filling Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant. Add chopped onion, capsicum, and carrot — cook for 2–3 minutes. Stir in shredded chicken, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chilli powder. Add vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well. Sprinkle in flour and cook for a minute. Gradually pour in milk, stirring continuously to make a thick creamy mixture. Cook until mixture leaves sides of the pan. Let it cool completely.
Step 2Shape Croquettes Take small portions of mixture and shape into cylinders or balls. Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to firm up.
Step 3Fry Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry croquettes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
Step 4Serve hot with garlic mayo, ketchup, or your favorite dip!
