This homemade chicken lasagna is a perfect combination of cheesy, creamy, and flavorful layers. Made with tender chicken cooked in spices, rich white sauce, and gooey melted cheese, it’s the ultimate comfort food for dinner. Baked to golden perfection, this easy lasagna recipe brings together italian flavors with a hint of desi spices, making it a family favorite for gatherings, parties, or weekend meals.

Step by step method
Step 1

Prepare Pasta Sheets: Boil lasagna sheets in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Cook Chicken Filling: Heat a little oil/butter, add garlic paste, then chicken. Add salt, black pepper, paprika, tikka masala, onion powder, sugar, and tomatoes. Cook until chicken is tender and mixture thickens. Mix in oregano and set aside.

Step 3

Make White Sauce: In a pan, melt butter/ghee. Add flour and stir for 1–2 minutes. Slowly add milk while whisking to avoid lumps. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until creamy and smooth.

Step 4

Assemble Lasagna: Grease a baking dish. Layer as follows: white sauce → lasagna sheets → chicken mixture → cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with cheese on top.

Step 5

Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.

Step 6

Serve Hot: Garnish with oregano or chilli flakes. Slice and enjoy warm!
