Garlic Chatpata Noodles

These garlic chatpata noodles are spicy, tangy, and full of flavor! Made with garlic, kashmiri red chili, herbs, and sautéed veggies, they’re the perfect quick-fix comfort food. You can enjoy them as a veg version with just veggies, or add chicken/prawns for a non-veg twist.

Step by step method
Step 1

Prepare Noodles: Boil noodles as per packet instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Make Masala: In a pan, melt butter. Add chopped garlic and sauté until golden. Add Kashmiri red chili powder, chilli flakes, salt, sugar, and oregano. Mix well to form a spicy masala base.

Step 3

Cook Veggies: Heat oil in another pan. Add green chillies, onion, and capsicum. Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.

Step 4

Combine Everything: Add boiled noodles, noodles masala, and prepared garlic masala. Toss well until noodles are evenly coated.

Step 5

Garnish with extra chilli flakes or spring onions and serve hot.

Tips & variations
  • For extra flavor, add soy sauce or schezwan chutney.
  • For non-veg, toss in cooked chicken strips, prawns, or scrambled egg.
  • Adjust spice level by reducing or increasing chillies and chili powder.
