Heat oil in a pan and cook the Tikka Chicken until half done.
Step 2Add chopped onion, olives, jalapeños, and tomato paste. Mix well.
Step 3Add all the spices (½ tsp each) and cook for a few minutes.
Step 4Pour in the cream and add mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined – this will be your filling.
Step 5Place the filling in the center of the puff pastry sheets and sprinkle more cheese on top.
Step 6Seal the pastry, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle nigella seeds.
Step 7Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
