Step by step method
Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and cook the Tikka Chicken until half done.

Step 2

Add chopped onion, olives, jalapeños, and tomato paste. Mix well.

Step 3

Add all the spices (½ tsp each) and cook for a few minutes.

Step 4

Pour in the cream and add mozzarella cheese. Stir until well combined – this will be your filling.

Step 5

Place the filling in the center of the puff pastry sheets and sprinkle more cheese on top.

Step 6

Seal the pastry, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle nigella seeds.

Step 7

Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Tips & variations
  • Keep Pastry Cold Until Use Puff pastry works best when cold. If it softens while you're prepping, pop it back into the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
  • Use a Fork to Seal Edges Press the edges with a fork to securely seal them and create a decorative crimp. This helps prevent the filling from spilling out
