This creamy alfredo bread is a cheesy, garlicky, and flavorful snack made with rich alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and a crispy baked bread base. It’s the ultimate comfort food that combines the taste of creamy pasta alfredo with the crispiness of toasted bread. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or a quick meal, this recipe can be made non-veg with chicken or turned into a vegetarian version with veggies.
Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and chilli flakes/peri peri. Pan-fry until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
Step 2Prepare Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cream, milk, and chicken stock cube (if using). Stir well. Mix in cheese, salt, white pepper, and chilli flakes. Cook until thick and creamy.
Step 3Assemble Bread: Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Spread Alfredo sauce generously on bread slices. Add chicken on top and sprinkle extra cheese.
Step 4Bake: Bake on the middle rack for 6–7 minutes, until bread is crisp and cheese melts.
Step 5Slice and serve hot for the best flavor.
