Creamy Baked Pasta

This creamy baked pasta is the ultimate comfort food — tender pasta coated in a silky white sauce, loaded with spiced chicken, and baked with gooey cheese on top. Perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or when you’re craving something warm and cheesy.

Step by step method
Step 1

Prepare Chicken Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken with salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli flakes, soy sauce, and chilli sauce. Cook until chicken is tender and slightly saucy.

Step 2

Make White Sauce In another pan, melt ghee/butter. Add flour and whisk for 1 minute. Slowly pour in milk while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until thick and creamy.

Step 3

Assemble Pasta Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). In a baking dish, mix boiled pasta, cooked chicken, and white sauce. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.

Step 4

Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.

Step 5

Garnish with oregano or chilli flakes and enjoy hot!
