These crispy chicken tikka box patties are the ultimate snack-time treat! Filled with spicy chicken tikka chunks mixed in creamy white sauce, wrapped in crispy golden layers, and fried to perfection. Perfect for tea-time, parties, iftar, or anytime you crave something crunchy and delicious. Make them in bulk and freeze for quick snacks all week!

  • Marinate the Chicken: Mix chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, chicken tikka masala, and chicken powder. Marinate for 15–20 minutes.
  • Cook the Chicken: Heat a little oil in a pan and cook chicken until fully done. Set aside.
  • Make White Sauce: Melt butter, add flour, and sauté for 1 minute. Slowly add milk while stirring to avoid lumps. Season with salt and white pepper. Cook until thick.
  • Combine Filling: Mix cooked chicken with white sauce. Let it cool completely.
  • Assemble: Patties Place filling in the center of a wrapper, fold into a square shape, and seal with egg. Coat in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry: Deep fry patties on medium heat until golden and crispy.
  • Freeze uncooked patties for up to 2 weeks; fry directly from frozen.
  • For extra crispiness, double coat in egg + breadcrumbs.
  • You can bake in the oven or air fry as a healthier version.
