This hot chocolate fudge swirl cookies & cream ice cream is rich, creamy, and absolutely irresistible. With layers of velvety homemade ice cream, gooey chocolate fudge, and crunchy cookies, it’s the perfect frozen treat to beat the summer heat. No ice cream machine needed – just whip, swirl, and freeze!
Make Fudge Sauce In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and honey. Heat over medium flame, stirring until sugars dissolve and the mixture begins to simmer. Turn off heat, add chopped chocolate and salt. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until smooth and glossy. Stir in vanilla extract. Let sauce cool slightly (it thickens as it cools).
Step 2Make Ice Cream Base In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until medium to stiff peaks form. Gently fold in condensed milk and vanilla essence without deflating the cream. Add crushed cookies and fold lightly.
Step 3Assemble Ice Cream In a freezer-safe container, spread a layer of ice cream mixture. Drizzle fudge sauce and swirl gently with a knife. Repeat layers (ice cream → fudge sauce → swirl). Finish with a top layer of ice cream, extra fudge sauce, and crushed cookies.
Step 4Freeze Cover directly with plastic wrap (to prevent ice crystals). Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight before serving.
