This white chicken karahi is a creamy, rich, and flavorful dish made with butter, yogurt, and cream. A perfect showstopper for family dinners and gatherings, best enjoyed with hot naan or roti.
Cook the Base Heat butter + oil in a wok (karahi). Add onion paste and sauté until light golden. Add chicken and fry well until it changes color.
Step 2Add Spices Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes. Add coriander powder, cumin, red chili, black pepper, white pepper, and salt. Mix well. Add chopped green chilies.
Step 3Make it Creamy Add whisked yogurt and cook until chicken is tender and oil separates. Stir in fresh cream at the end for richness.
Step 4Garnish & Serve Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger slices. Serve hot with naan or roti.
