This homemade cheesy pizza has a soft, fluffy crust topped with seasoned chicken, fresh veggies, and loads of melted cheese. With a simple dough recipe and classic toppings, it’s a quick and delicious way to enjoy restaurant-style pizza at home. You can keep it non-veg with chicken or make it veg with only cheese and veggies.
Prepare Dough: Mix flour, yeast, salt, and egg (if using). Gradually add milk/water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let rest for 2 hours until doubled in size.
Step 2Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and chilli flakes. Pan-fry until cooked through. Set aside.
Step 3Assemble Pizza: Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Roll out the dough and place on a greased baking tray. Spread pizza sauce over the base. Add chicken, capsicum, and onion slices. Sprinkle generously with cheese.
Step 4Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
Step 5Slice hot and enjoy your cheesy homemade pizza!
