Cheesy Pizza

This homemade cheesy pizza has a soft, fluffy crust topped with seasoned chicken, fresh veggies, and loads of melted cheese. With a simple dough recipe and classic toppings, it’s a quick and delicious way to enjoy restaurant-style pizza at home. You can keep it non-veg with chicken or make it veg with only cheese and veggies.

Step by step method
Step 1

Prepare Dough: Mix flour, yeast, salt, and egg (if using). Gradually add milk/water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and let rest for 2 hours until doubled in size.

Step 2

Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and chilli flakes. Pan-fry until cooked through. Set aside.

Step 3

Assemble Pizza: Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Roll out the dough and place on a greased baking tray. Spread pizza sauce over the base. Add chicken, capsicum, and onion slices. Sprinkle generously with cheese.

Step 4

Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

Step 5

Slice hot and enjoy your cheesy homemade pizza!

Tips & variations
  • For a Veg version, skip chicken and load with mushrooms, olives, corn, or paneer.
  • Add oregano, basil, or Italian seasoning on top before baking for extra flavor.
  • If you like a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
