Chicken spaghetti is a delicious indo-chinese fusion dish loaded with juicy chicken, crunchy vegetables, and perfectly cooked spaghetti tossed in a mix of savory and tangy sauces. This recipe is quick, wholesome, and ideal for lunch, dinner, or even a family get-together. The combination of soy sauce, oyster sauce, worcestershire sauce, and chili sauce makes this spaghetti burst with flavor. Follow this step-by-step recipe to make restaurant-style chicken spaghetti at home.
Boil the Spaghetti In a large pot, boil water with 1 tsp salt and a few drops of oil. Add spaghetti and cook until 80% done (al dente). Drain and set aside.
Step 2Cook the Chicken Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a wok or pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken and stir-fry on high flame until the chicken turns white and is cooked through.
Step 3Add Vegetables Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, and green onion. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes (vegetables should remain slightly crunchy)
Step 4Seasoning & Sauces Add salt, chili flakes, black pepper, chili powder, food color, and mixed herbs. Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, and ketchup. Mix everything well and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5Combine with Spaghetti Add the boiled spaghetti into the pan. Toss everything together until spaghetti is well-coated with sauces and spices. Cook for another 2–3 minutes on high flame.
Step 6Garnish with chopped scallions. Serve hot with chili garlic sauce or enjoy on its own
